Cancel an order:

Out of Stock Items:

• If a product is out of stock, you can click the "Notify Me When Available" button to automatically notify you once the item is back in stock.
  

Final Sales

• Items listed as Final Sales, including costumes, are non-refundable.

Shipping tracking:

Shipping destinations:

• We currently only ship within the contiguous 48 states (United States).
• We plan on expanding in the future to ship worldwide.

Shipping times:

• All orders are shipped out within 2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
  

Shipping costs:

• Our shipping costs are $5.99 for all orders under $75.00 and free for all orders over $75.00.
• Free shipping is calculated based on the total order price before taxes, after any discounts that are applied.
